[Interview with Psychology teacher – Brookdale High School]
“Do you know what? There’s a meme in our staffroom that’s someone’s printed. You know those old kind of old fashioned ones and they’ve got it in black and white, and two teachers carrying a box. ‘Thank God I’ve got this data. Now I know what to do’.
So that’s what it feels like. Oh, I love it, but I don’t know how to always get it and use it. All right, so that probably puts me – I’m probably about an eight. Like, I’m a quick uptaker, like I like new staff, I like to know what’s going on. I’m not an uptaker in terms of like, my geography colleagues. Steven, you met before, and Dane, like they’ve been great with virtual reality and stuff like that. I’m still a bit nervous about tracking my way around that. But yeah, I love the idea of data. …. But, if I was taught how to do – if I had some in servicing on how to use it more – I’d be better off … I’m happy to get involved, I just don’t really quite know how”
